Strategic consultancy for business digitalisation
This service feeds on my career path over the last 20 years years in the tech industry in Canarian companies. In this new phase, I am collaborating with boards of management and management committees as an external assessor for projects involving innovation and the creation of new business models.
My profile brings technical knowledge, and needless to say knowledge of code, and this means I can point to the strategic aim of each client to introduce the right technology to its processes and its people. I contribute with an across-the-board vision which enables the management levels to orchestrate the innovation using their own judgement.
